I am celebrating in 2012 my 20 years of professional career, most of them working in the design and implementation of a variety of projects for the private and the public sector. To make the best use of this experience, I am introducing a new professional service: Project Management COACHING, aiming at improving your individual skills or your team‘s abilities to execute projects more effectively.
In my experience, the truly successful and effective project leaders are the ones who can adapt successfully to changing project circumstances, assuming many roles depending on the situation, the result required, the stakeholders involved, and of course, speed of delivery.

I believe that everyone has the capability and the potential to be a successful project leader. It´s also true that some are more effective than others and this does not diminish the great opportunities of turning visions into realities. All the attributes can be learned and applied if you choose to do it.
Project Management is a diverse profession that transcends all industries. In the current times, the role of the project leader takes has significantly increased its importance in organizational success in all sectors (private and public).
One of the biggest challenges we face as project leaders is the inability of traditional approaches to engage the team, create a sense of ownership over individual tasks and responsibilities and foster an environment that contributes to the teams to effectively collaborate and successfully execute.
Coming to the realization that project success depends more on people and less on technology is where we need to start. People want to be empowered to make decisions and produce value. They want some autonomy, ownership and flexibility regarding their deliverables and deadlines.
For those reasons, I present here a new approach, a fresh perspective that make it possible for project leaders and project teams to create an environment where everyone has visibility and recognition. A service that enable project teams to be more effectively and individuals to become a world class project manager.
This COACHING programme is based on one to one and/or team coaching sessions, designed to exchanging ideas and opinions while developing complementary project management skills, tools and techniques, to apply in your projects.
